onohara_aug27勉強の前にジョギングなど運動をしてみましょう。運動は血流をよくします。脳にもより多くの血液が届きます。血液は酸素や栄養を運びます。酸素が多いと記憶力や理解力が増します。

Go for a jog or do some other exercise before you study. Exercise gets your blood flowing. That means more blood flows to your brain, too. Blood carries oxygen and nutrients. The increased oxygen levels may improve your memory and comprehension.
