Built in 1878, the St. Patrick’s Cathedral is located in Manhattan, New York City. Today it takes up a whole city block between Madison and Fifth Avenue, and has 19 bells. The stained glass windows were made by American and European artists. An organ with 7,855 pipes took three years to build in the 1920s. The organs were restored in the 1990s and now have over 9,000 pipes.
